1. Initial Consultation where we sit down and discuss what you want from your custom home plan.
2. Down Payment upon Initial Consultation: 1/2 of Total cost for completed plans.
3. Preliminary drawings are created for your review which include Floor Plan and Exterior Elevation.
4. Second Consultation where we sit down and review your preliminary drawings and make any changes.
5. Final drawings are created for your review.
6. Final Consultation to review completed plans.
